Throughout the home buying process, the Hines team was very informative and professional. The portal they use makes it easy to upload and view the documents requested, and they were very responsive when we had a question. We bought our home on a VA loan and they were able to get it completed in 4 weeks! Anyone who has worked with the VA on a home loan can tell you that's unheard of! I highly recommend using their services.

The Hines team is a DREAM! They are so helpful with every process and so fast at responding to messages. When I walk into their office I feel so at home and like I’ve known everyone for years. If anyone knows customer service they do. So thankful I got to work with them for the second time now. I recommend them to everyone I know:)

I wouldn't even consider using anyone but the Hine's team for my mortgage needs. I have 2 perspectives. First, they helped me in purchasing my first home! They made it an easy process; explaining all my options, giving me weekly updates, and promptly answering any questions that I had along the way. Second, when I had my real estate license, they assisted with several transactions. ALWAYS one step ahead, always putting my clients at ease. I highly recommend the Hines team to anyone looking to purchase a home. They helped us from determining how much we could afford to borrow, prequalifying, up to the closing on our home. They made the process so easy. Most everything was done by email or text which made it so much easier for people that work. Everyone was so helpful and willing to help on any questions you may have. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help in the home buying process!
