I'm not even sure the "best experience ever" would do justice to how great everyone was at The Hines Team! We had started the home loan process with another lender in the area that we had actually used to purchase two homes previously. We were set to close on August 10th, and as fas as we knew, everything was still on schedule. The Hines Team were outstanding to work with. I would recommend them very highly. We were new to the Oklahoma real estate market. Were purchased a home for sale by owner. Everyone on the Hines Team, from our initial calls with Sarah, to the meeting with Marcie, and our closing prep with Kelsey and Thomas was outstanding to work with! This was the first home purchase for both my husband and myself. They answered any question we had quickly and efficiently and made sure we were ready fro closing day, and even sent some fun treats our way during the process! We would highly recommended The Hines team to anyone who is in the market for a new home!

The Hine's team made it all look so easy! The kept us informed every step of the way and had us closed and in our new home in just over 2 weeks and qualified us for a rate lower than what our credit union offered.

We had a difficult closing - no fault of the Cornerstone people - with waiting on a survey, then waiting on an appraisal, then waiting on the county to adjust the parcel, then waiting on contractors to complete required work. Many, many delays through the process.... Throughout, Cornerstone kept all the appropriate people in the loop - us, the seller, the closing/title company - everyone knew what to expect next.
