Regina was so great! She explained things where I understood them. She was willing and able to pivot when I needed my financing to change at the last minute (and we still closed on time).
Regina understood the time crunch we were under regarding the refinancing of our home and made the deal happen promptly. She answered all my questions completely and gave me adequate options regarding terms of the loan. There was a slight delay with the closing documents but she was sure to reach out and apologize and offered to help. I would gladly work with her again if I need a home loan.
