We've now financed twice with Regina and Harper, once to purchase our home and now to refinance it. Both times were a fantastic experience through a super complicated process, made more so by my self employment. I honestly don't know that we'd have gotten through it without them!

Other lenders closed a refinancing process, that did not include cash to closing, within 30 calendar days. Our process took more than 60 days and we had 1/3 of the outstanding amount brought as cash to close. Does that make sense?
