In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Great food service was very good and fast
Amazing place for dinner lunch or breakfast. That staff has always been curtious and tentative. The food is amazing big portions. Almost everone walks out with a bag of food they couldnt finish. You wont be disappointed. I have tried many different dishes all have been amazing.

Super nice staff; huge portions. Ok prices. But good grief the music is sooo loud you can’t talk to each other. Evidently it’s a “corporate thing”. Don’t need loud background music at 9 in the morning. Sheesh!!!

Went there for breakfast when they first opened in Murrieta. We went very early so only waited a short time for a table.
