we have always enjoyed Black Bear Diner. Service is great, food is good. Imagine my surprise when visiting your Henderson location that they were out of mashed potatoes at the beginning of dinner. I opted for a baled potato instead. My dinner was served without a baled potato. Only meatloaf and green beans on my plate. I was told the potatoes would be ready soon. Absolutely love the staff especially Rosario wish I could have her as my server all the time very friendly and attentive
Good food with huge portions. They did not give me all my food this time though & our server only checked on us once after ordering.

Shout out to Mike Fluharty at the American Fork location. He and his staff treated us exceptionally well today and we we very happy with our meal. Our server Harley was incredibly polite and very attentive. We will definitely be back :)
