In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. I have found nothing on the menu that I did not like...The link sausage holds a special place on my taste buds...fantastic!!! The sandwiches are delicious, the breakfasts are always perfect and the dinners are HUGE.....
The Best experience we have had at Black Bear Diner in Las Vegas with Manager Don, he made my kids feel so special and to me that is world class customer service. Thank you so much for spoiling my kids and for being so awesome.
I like the restaurant, but the chicken noodle yesterday tasted like the progressive soup I heat at home. UCK !!’
I love their prime rib and the baked potato. It is an excellent place to celebrate Thanksgiving.
