In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Always great food, nice atmosphere, and one amazing theme! Need a few of these back east (think New Jersey)!
Had heard this place was good so thought we'd try it out and it was amazing! The plates were full with great portion sizes and our waitress Lexi was super friendly and very attentive! We only waited just a few minutes to be helped and no more than 10 minutes for the food! This will be our new favorite place to eat!
