we went there on 11/25. Our pot roast was cold. our waitress ask if we wanted it microwaved. she was nice at 1st but turned rude. we waited 30 minutes to speak to a manager. the restaurant was not busy either. we will never go back here and we went to black bear alot
Went for lunch today… ordered chicken fried steak.. at 11:58 when waiter brought meal I was told they were out of white gravy and did I want to wait for it or get brown gravy. He told me it was going to take about 10 min for the white gravy … being I like my food hot and not cold I opted to eat my pre-fab Chicken fried steak with ketchup. I had to send my eggs Benedict back 3 times and walk out the restaurant because the cook doesn’t know how to poach an egg. Manager told me maybe I should order something else instead of actually having the cook do it correctly.
Server never came back to check on us. Forgot the sausage and brought it out after we were done with our food. Never brought out gravy we asked for. Sausage was raw on both orders. Drinks came out with finger prints of gravy on them. Person in charge blamed it on language barrier. All they said was sorry. We can talk with the cooks. I will never go back. Food is either raw or overcooked and not edible.
Black bear Scottsdale I don't recommend it terrible service, it took more than 15 minutes to take my order for the drinks and they were racist
I waited 1 hour for my food, then it was cold, pancakes were flat and tasted like grease. I asked to exchange pancakes for a (1) biscuit and some gravy, I got like 3-4 huge hard biscuits and some gravy poured over them. My husband had just came from eye surgery so I had to feed him before our long trip home and this place has been awesome before. I spent $20 on 1 meal that was horrible.
