Hire competent kitchen staff. Received the free breakfast coupon that states can be used online but it doesn’t work. Called and talked to a manager who stated “you have to come in after you make the order so I can scan it”. To which I made it clear you have to pay to complete an online order first! I told him I can do the order over the phone and then when I come in to pay they scan it. He said “okay that sounds good and proceeded to hang up”!! ABSOLUTELY THE MOST UNORGANIZED NEW PLACE TO EAT IN WACO HANDS DOWN! DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT!

at Midwest City I ordered 2 bobs burgers well done, was told 15 minutes, & was fine with that burgers came out 25 minutes later insides completely raw, blood or something on bun. ordered pancakes strawberries with no whip cream and for two scoops whip cream on side of pancakes, didnt get strawberries at all.
