We had seat ourself never got anyone take our order others waiting for ever we walked out just awful service

NO! Absolutely horrible. All four of us got terrible food. The service left alot to be desired as well. I am sad to say Dennys would have been better. That is a shame
Don’t expect good hospitality/customer service from the management at the St. Charles Missouri location. Not sure what the name of the tall, slim, middle-aged, curly-haired manager is, but she handled this situation horribly, I should know, because am in customer service management myself. We went out to dinner with friends and I went to use the restroom. I did my business and went to pull my pants up, and found that my pants were soaked. Recently we went our 2nd Black Bear and was disappointed both times with poor service cold food 1st time and food served out of order. Both Mgrs i don't feel they were doing a good job. The McAllen and the new Harlingen store Need to train wait staff better We eat out often and know poor staff from good staff JUST TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER
Very poor service, food was not cooked properly and the manager have the nerve to said that it was cooked after took it from my table and used a good thermometer. Horrible 😤

wrap didn't have chicken, turkey cold , hair in green beans smh come on now
we went there on 11/25. Our pot roast was cold. our waitress ask if we wanted it microwaved. she was nice at 1st but turned rude. we waited 30 minutes to speak to a manager. the restaurant was not busy either. we will never go back here and we went to black bear alot
Went for lunch today… ordered chicken fried steak.. at 11:58 when waiter brought meal I was told they were out of white gravy and did I want to wait for it or get brown gravy. He told me it was going to take about 10 min for the white gravy … being I like my food hot and not cold I opted to eat my pre-fab Chicken fried steak with ketchup. He asked if I wanted a different side since my mashed potatoes had no gravy either… I asked for Mac and cheese. Another HUGE disappointment. I had to send my eggs Benedict back 3 times and walk out the restaurant because the cook doesn’t know how to poach an egg. Manager told me maybe I should order something else instead of actually having the cook do it correctly.
