We have been a fan for a long time and have visited several different locations. When they opened one close to us we were so excited and have visited 3 or 4 times, well the excitement has disappeared, service has gone down hill and for not being opened very long they already need help. My butter knife was dirty and when showing the waitress she just ignored it. So very sad.

Went to blackbear diner with our granddaughters this morning, the girls were so excited to get a pancake, specially one that would look like a bear. Noticed our granddaughter was not eating very much so my husband took a bite of it uncooked pancake. Uncooked in the middle on both of them food was cold very disappointing no flavor very bland food.

A dear friend visited this establishment and he waited 5 minutes and was not seated nor even greeted This is TOTALLY unacceptable, so he left and went to the Olive Garden up the street where he was greeted and treated like the wonderful person that he is.

The majority of these "reviews" aren't even for Black Bear anyway. Don't get delivery from the one in Harker Heights TX...no silverware, no dressing for the salad, no way to get to the restaurant to get it corrected.

Hire competent kitchen staff.
