The breakfast I had was some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten. The hash browns were raw. The sausage was pink and tasted like fennel. The staff was great though.

New store Pueblo Co, out of everything and almost there two hours. French dip arrived…out of dipping sauce. I do not believe this food or service lives up to what the owners claim in their 30 years!!

Unbelievable! First it took forever to have the order taken, the kitchen was totally understaffed, side dishes were missing and we had to ask for them again. The onion rings and the pancake had to be replaced. So I got the salad and onion rings as dessert! We never got the corn muffin nor the ranch dip to go with the onion rings. The waitress Jeannine was great right from the get go but the manager needs to be educated not to try and reprimand employees in front of customers. Especially when it wasn’t her fault. BEWARE I GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THE Colorado Springs Academy RESTAURANT! I have been trying for almost a month to get someone to get back to me and after MULTIPLE Messages I have yet to hear anything back. RecommendedBottom line, I’m really glad that you’ve expanded with a couple truck stop chains. I happened to eat at your new location in Pueblo Colorado next to the Travel Centers of America on your opening day here. The effort your training staff put in working up the permanent staff was impressive! But sadly, 2 weeks later I’m back for another visit and it’s looking like your training staff needs to return. Second time coming to the Friday fish fry. Waited 45min to get sat just to learn they ran out of fish. Started to order other things, but they were out of alot including the Mac and Cheese they were out of last time. I came in with my family and waited 30 minutes only to find they gave our spot and table to someone else and tried putting us at the end of the wait list again. fuck this place, ended up going to McDonald's after so much time was wasted!
