Service was awful

Service was the only thing that was good. Ordered a side salad. Ranch tasted like mayonnaise. Cornbread was doughy and cold that they brought to the table. Chicken fry was definitely from a package, and tasted like it, and our steamed vegetables looked and tasted like they had been recooked and they were shriveled. Unappetizing. And the bill. Come on. Too high. Any restaurant with a large menu, you might as well count on pre-cooked or processed food. Never again.

There was 5 of us...we got our drinks BUT it took over hr. To get out food .. was not happy about that!

There gift shop will sell you a pair of suspenders that will not fit they are not long enough but tell there fine

We love blackbear diner. But the one in Chino has got some problems. We have eaten there several times and yesterday Monday Memorial day was the last time. We got there about 830 there seem to be nobody in the restaurant area we were told it would be 15 minute wait I asked for a table not a booth, ( I have mobility issues) We were given a booth and told it was nice and roomy. We went to the Santa Clarita CA location for my Mother in-law's Birthday. We were seated at 6:58pm a party of 8: 4 adults and 4 children. Our first of several waitresses took our drink orders and after taking or dinner orders went on break. We never received another waitress after that. Our food was brought to the table by runners.
