We waited to be seated about 15 mins. It was about 7pm on a Friday. It was not anywhere near busy. Our server took our orders, I then took my two boys outside to run off energy. My husband let me know the food was coming. This was about 10 mins after we went out. Sat down to eat, everything was warm/cold. The waitress came by, we had to ask for silverware and napkins. 2 eggs,2 sausage a waffle and 2 orange Juices...25 dollars, what else can I say, it use to be a man could go to a diner and eat breakfast without having to spend so much but times have changed, Teh food is good but the bill will make you sick

When this place first opened here I loved it! But the last 2 times have been awful so we are never going back! Yesterday we took my granddaughters to dinner. My meal came.. I started to eat and look down at my plate and there is a nasty black hair in my food! The waiter noticed I was looking sick so quickly took and made another one??! I’m still sitting in the restaurant. I had to call and flag down someone to help us. My husband and our two toddlers came in at about 7:30 Friday night. Not busy. We get our food. Wait about 10 mins for silverware. Once we get it. The waitress comes back with our ticket. Mine you we just got our food. She brought it saying she had to step outside. With all of the television ads about the Black Bear Diner and the fact that the Colma, California Diner was new to the area the food would be outstanding no matter what was ordered. Big mistake going there. We have eaten at several Black Bear Diners, but we ate at the one in Wheeler Ridge, CA on Monday night and it was the worst dinner we have ever had. The waitress did a wonderful job and she keep saying she was sorry. But the food was awful. Plus they were out of Ranch dressing, no pot pies, no juice for tri tip sandwich. 30.00 and 10.00 tip, for 2. Never again..
