Worst employment process ever. The team sucks cause whoever momma bear is who is running this circus REALLY sucks. It’s not always about the food. The way they treat their waitstaff/potential team members is unacceptable. Stringing people along who are trying to make an honest living to support their families is not okay.

Just had the worst dining experience ever. My daughter after 1 hour still didn't have her food after we were all done. We sat there 15 minutes before our waitress even came over. We asked for the manager numerous times and he never came to our table. When we finally found him, Arturo, he said he just found out about it even though 3 different people said they told the manager. I have eaten at Black Bear twice and the food was good, service okay but what really is screwed up is the 20% off card that we received in the mail. Luckily I didn't try to use it as I would have been more upset is upon looking at the card again I noticed that in very small print it stated "only good monday-friday 7am to 11am. A great way around bait and switch. I would rather pay full price and have respect for a business rather than get a cheap gimmick card like this.
