RecommendedFood was reasonable, Cornbread biscuits are terrific. Have been there twice with large group 10+, 1st time was decent service but seemed like the waitress was confused as to who each meal belonged to. But all was taken care of. 2nd trip was horrendous started wide waitress dumping 3 full glasses of water all over my wife. Then I ask for cornbread muffins for the table after third trip to table without I ask again and was told they were only for the patrons with salads, i didn't want them for free was willing to pay for them.... read more

they refuse to acknowledge the women at the table, service was slow, I barely saw my waiter. he ignored things the women said until orders. 90% of my food was powdered or frozen foods. I will never come to this over priced place again.

Came here today for a late lunch with my mother and daughter. I love the Black Bear Diner in Wilsonville OR, food is always good and staff is friendly. Today they were overly friendly. My daughter is 9 months old, yes she’s cute and does cute things. I love when people tell me how pretty she is, what I DO NOT LIKE is when complete strangers touch her. 2 servers from the Black Bear Diner in Wilsonville touched my daughter without asking me. We started off on the wrong foot they had no cream no milk for the coffee. Waited around 20 minutes for our order to be taken . Server commented their truck with supplies had not showed up . Can’t believe the manager does not think of taking some petty cash and sending someone to buy some creamers . (Smiths Grocery store less than 50 feet away). After an hour we decided to leave no food served after waiting so long .

Just walked into Gresham Black Bear Diner and was told by the hostess "I am sorry, we dont have the staff to accommodate you right now" Unbelievable. She actually laughed before she said it.

The food is okay, the booths are comfy. But oh my goodness, I’m so tired of their music! I’m a middle aged woman and even I can’t stand hearing oldies all the time. Please update or evolve in some way.

My waiter was awesome and so was my food. I waited so long at the register to pay my $11.65, that the people waiting to be seated mentioned it to me. They said they don't want your money I guess. One of your waitresses came by to seat them and I told her in left the money by the register with the ticket. She told me I needed to wait so she could check the amount to make sure I had left the correct amount. I said I did.
