In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. visited the LR, Ar location today and was disappointed when our waitress said she couldn’t get us unsweet tea for my diabetic dad because “I don’t make it and so I don’t know how”
Best Corned Beef Hash I have had in my life...and that is coming from a old foodie from Texas. Quality large sliced over tiny baby reds. Not that cubed crap you get at most places. The kid is not a corned beef fan, but had a bite of my eggs and loved the piece of "brisket" that hid out. So, yeah... everyone else loved their plates. We will be back.
