the food was excellent. the wait time was a little tedious but worth the wait for my first time there. my waitress Jasmine was outstanding. she had several tables and I watched her work well with all her customers. excellent.
Just finished brunch at the Black Bear Diner and had the absolute BEST service from the server Shati. We went at a very busy time and she managed to make it to our table many times without us having to ask for a thing! She was on top of her game! The quality of the actual food was amazing and so was the service. Will most definitely be going back!!
The service was great, we didn't wait long at all for our food. We loved the Chicken fried steak, mashed red potatoes and Italian green beans. We will definitely be going back.
The food was good but the service was horrible.
It was great food, for an amazing price and awesome portions. Customer service was awesome with our waitress Adrienne and the wait was pretty reasonable for a Saturday morning. Definitely coming back❤️❤️❤️❤️.
The food was good and the plates are served with ALOT of food on them. Shout out to Shati for her friendly and attentive service. She was wonderful. All the staff we encountered was really nice and polite. We will be repeat customers.
This is my first time visiting! We will DEFINITELY Be back, this food was absolutely delicious. The plates are Huge and the service was incredible. Jazzmine was the most generous waitress we’ve had in a while! She so nice and approachable. I look forward to requesting her again soon. THE PIES ARE TO DIE FOR
