The Black Bear Diner in Beaumont, TX has made me a believer...I heard the good reviews but it was even better than I’ve heard! Awesome food, huge portions, and amazing service from DANA she was great! I will definitely be back!!!
this resturaunt is the best I've ever been to. the service staff is literally the best, most kindest people! I've came 5 times and have always left SUPER full and extremely happy! when we eat out, we tip based on service and bad service gets 15% great service gets upward of 75% well here our dining bill has never been over $50 and we have never left under a $30 tip here so that shows how amazing it is! seriously, you guys have a customer for life from me! not to mention there food is always piping hot and the portions are s... read more
If you want a good meal, large portions, and then Walt to stand in a line to pay your bill.... With usually only ONE poor kid slowly processing people through..... Them this is the place. Come on Black Bear.... At least five is a table top kiosk so we don't have to stand in line!
Went in for some breakfast with some friends and it delicious. The food, the employees, the atmosphere. Everything about it was great! Loved my server. She did an amazing job. I think her name was Valeria. Any-who, she was just great. She always had a smile on her face and treated us like my grandma does at dinner. So helpful and great recommendation on my meal. Jazzmine is the highlight of Black Bear Diner in Beaumont, TX. As soon as we were seated we we're greeted with her great smile and jovial attitude. She was quick and attentive. We never felt disregarded or had need. Jazzmine was on top of it all and met our needs before we even new what they were. The food was phenomenal and fresh. I highly recommend going with your friends and family to this great establishment. See attached photo of Jazzmine and I to see how great my experience was.

We were seated quickly by a smiling hostess. A few minutes later a Server showed up getting our drink order. He promptly brought our drinks and asked for our order. We asked him to come back as it was our first time here. He gave us time and came back after about 5 minutes. After putting in our order he asked if we wanted some cornbread muffins.
