After a year or so of deliberating my options and some research, I decided to go for the full monty, as fillers and injectables were not for me. What I was seeing in the mirror was not at all who I felt myself to be, the sagging neck and jowls belonged to someone else and I decided to take the first step and made the call. At this point, 4 weeks after the procedure, I am still healing but happy with the results.
I used Dr. Jacono when I was younger for a procedure. Naturally, I went back to him for a consultation for rhinoplasty. He marketed himself as an expert in rhinoplasty. He said he had done 100s of this type of surgery. I woke up out of surgery and I could not believe what he had done. He completely botched the job. i can't breath. I have sinus infections, he significantly shortened my nose, removed too much caritlage and my nose looked nothing like the digital image he prepared. I had an endoscopic browlift with Dr. Jacono. I am very unhappy with the results. I see others from this site have had the same poor results. I would have posted a review a while back had I know that others had experienced the same. I thought this was a one time thing - bad day but I see this is not the case. Dr Jacono raised my brows over the orbital bone which gave me a surprised look and odd surprised look. I went on a couple of consultations for a correction and had a correction since but I'm not sure it is corrected. Th... read more

He has been nothing but attentive, compassionate and dedicated to my care. With every procedure he demonstrated his tremendous skill and attention to detail. All of my procedures went well with no infections and minimal scarring. The recovery process was quicker than I expected which I attribute to following his recommendations and taking the supplements that he provided.
