My experience with Doctor Andrew Jacono was a nightmare and a disaster. I went in for a blepharoplasty and the outcome of the surgery was a bilateral eyelid retraction, ectropin, and chemosis. These are all terms you do not want to become familiar with after your eyelid surgery. The lower part of my eyeballs were exposed as a result of Dr Jacono being too aggressive and removing too much skin and using a poor external approach during the surgery. Save your face. Do not use this surgeon. He does not know what he is doing. My facelift left me devastated. He pulled the skin too tight. It is obvious I had a lift it looks so unnatural. My cheeks are too high. They are up under my eyes. My lower lip is lost. If you want a natural look where you just look less tired, he is not the doctor for you.

I am a 58 year old male. Dr Jacono performed a deep plane facelift, brow lift and upper and lower eyelid surgery. I really can’t express what an amazing result Dr Jacono achieved for me. The improvement was nothing short of spectacular but at the same time so completely natural looking that I would be shocked if anyone at anytime suspects that I had something done.
