Okay. So I originally got a jaw augmentation with Dr. Jacono in '14 that I loved, but this time around was different. I had a skin pinch, ptosis repair, and under eye fat grafting procedure done in October. For reference, I didn't even seek out a second consultation because I trusted him so much from before- he was going based off pictures I sent him. So at first, I'm thinking this looks great around 3 weeks out. But then the fat started to dissipate, and because I had skin Removed under my eyes, it Accentuated my dark circl... read more

There was not one time between my initial consultation and the post-surgery followups that I ever questioned my decision in choosing Dr. Jacono for my surgery (facelift revision; platysmaplasty; lip lift; lip reduction (silicone removal). My experience with Doctor Andrew Jacono was a nightmare and a disaster. I went in for a blepharoplasty and the outcome of the surgery was a bilateral eyelid retraction, ectropin, and chemosis. These are all terms you do not want to become familiar with after your eyelid surgery. The lower part of my eyeballs were exposed as a result of Dr Jacono being too aggressive and removing too much skin and using a poor external approach during the surgery.
