After searching for doctors who performed liquid rhinoplasty, I went for Dr. Andrew Jacono because when calling the office (Manhattan) they told me they would charge me $500 and my other option was going to NJ for the same price. I got treated at his Great Neck office. After talking he said my side hump was perfect for this procedure. After the procedure which took 5 minutes they pressured me to have photos taken for their use and got angry when I refused. Very nice sweet doctor. Instantly felt comfortable with him and trusted him. Very smart and knew what I needed to do as for a treatment to get the results I was looking for. However, I wasn't fond of the staff. Front desk and esthetician. I worked in the spa world for 10 years so I know what to expect. Front desk doesn't even say hi when you walk in. I had tire looking eyelids and very sagging jawline. I had a double chin and many wrinkles around my eyes. I've taken much sun at the beach in my lifetime which I'm sure contributed to some premature wrinkling. Where should I even start??!! I've always hated my chin.... For years.... I hated my profile... Always felt like I had a very small chin and a big forehead... Just had a chin implant put in on Monday also had liposuction on chin and neck area.... I really don't know how I feel about my results. At this point I'm praying it's just the swelling because I am not happy.

My life has been ruined by this doctor. I had a facelift with this doctor and he did a terrible job. I t took a while for me to notice how bad a job due to the swelling. He left me with asymmetry, pulled the sides of my face back but not my cheeks and they have fallen forward. When I talk I look like I have marionette lines-it is obvious I had a bad facelift. I'm embarrassed to go out-self conscious. He is also MIA after the surgery. He makes little effort to make sure he sees you. He should not be practicing. There are a lo... read more
