I had a revision facelift, upper and lower eyes, earlobe reduction and CO2 fractional laser resurfacing done by Dr. Jacono on 3/29/16. To say that this was a positive experience would be an understatement. It has been literally transforming. He is an expert listener, an artist, and a human being with a great sense of your needs and an accompanying sense of humor to always put you at ease. So very happy with the results thus far. Highly recommend.

I was so fortunate to finally find a plastic surgeon that I could trust after an exhausting and lengthy research. I had several procedures and was able to go back to work after 12 days. I am extremely happy and pleased with the result of my facelift. None of my friends or colleagues could even detect what I did. They were complementing my looks without noticing what was done. I am so incredibly happy with my results. I had 2 previous rhinoplastys that were poorly done. I went to a generic plastic surgeon and not someone who specialized in facial plastic surgery and rhinoplasty. I was extremely hesitant to undergo a 3rd surgery. I was so nervous about my rhinoplasty procedure, but Dr. Jacono's bedside manor put me at ease right away. The results are even more unbelievable and after one week I was out and about with friends! Wouldn't have chosen anyone else. I look and feel so much better! Dr. Jacono and the entire medical team in Great Neck were so caring, kind, and professional.

I only have positive things to say about Dr. Jacono and his practice. Having had in the past a combination of both cosmetic and medical surgery to my sinuses, I was left with a droopy and structurally compromised nose that was aesthetically not at all what I had wished for. I went to Dr. Jacono for a revision rhinoplasty, after being very unhappy with the results from my previous surgeries. Right after my consultation, I knew he was the one for the job.
