I’m writing this review to HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jacono and I’d like to share my story as to why he’s the absolute best. About four years ago, I decided to get rhinoplasty surgery due to a fractured nose; the result was awful. My then-doctor told me he would go back in and correct it. For 6 years I had researched doctors and procedures for improving my aging.. I had several fillers which did not work for more than 6 weeks.. After a seminar in Dr. Jaconos office, he had me at HELLO.. I had a revision facelift, upper and lower eyes, earlobe reduction and CO2 fractional laser resurfacing done by Dr. Jacono on 3/29/16. To say that this was a positive experience would be an understatement. It has been literally transforming. He is an expert listener, an artist, and a human being with a great sense of your needs and an accompanying sense of humor to always put you at ease. So very happy with the results thus far. Highly recommend.

I am so incredibly happy with my results. I had 2 previous rhinoplastys that were poorly done. I went to a generic plastic surgeon and not someone who specialized in facial plastic surgery and rhinoplasty. I was extremely hesitant to undergo a 3rd surgery. I was so nervous about my rhinoplasty procedure, but Dr. Jacono's bedside manor put me at ease right away. The results are even more unbelievable and after one week I was out and about with friends! Wouldn't have chosen anyone else. I look and feel so much better! Dr. Jacono and the entire medical team in Great Neck were so caring, kind, and professional.
