I'm so pleased with the results of my nose. It's so darn cute and finally I see definition in my tip. After my third rhinoplasty, I was nervous about getting another procedure done on my face but after consulting with Dr. Jacono he made me feel assured that he was confident in his ability to achieve what I wanted. It's super exciting to have found someone who is an artist at sculpting my nose. I can't wait to see the final results of his work.

Doctor Jacono did an amazing job on my rhinoplasty and I am very happy with the outcome. He made sure to answer any questions I had about the procedure, and he made me feel extremely comfortable through it all. I highly recommend Doctor Jacono for all those considering undergoing a rhinoplasty procedure.

I went to several consultations before deciding to go with Dr. Jacono and I am so happy with the results. Dr. Jacono was very clear and direct with me and knew exactly what I was looking for. He opted for the less-is-more route, which is what I had in mind as well. He spent a lot of time addressing my concerns and answering all of my questions. I always hated the distance between my lip and my nose. I tried a filler once and it just made my top lip stick out and look silly. I started researching lip lift procedures and this site was very helpful, so I thought it only right to post my results to possibly help someone else as well. I don't know how many mm's were taken as we didn't really discuss that. Dr. Jacono asked me to show him where I wanted my lip to be and we just took it from there. He couldn't have been nicer! He takes a personal interest in his clients and delivers what he promises. He honestly shaped my expectations and the procedure went exactly as planned. Ever since I was a young girl, I was always weary about my recessive chin and, what I call, my "turkey neck." I also know from being a pageant girl that you have to look great from all angles. Therefore, once I finished college and established my career, I knew that it was time for some cosmetic enhancement =).
