A TRUE ARTIST . At times i think what the outcome of my surgery might have been had i trusted anyone other than Dr Jacono. For the past few years I've noticed an accelerated ageing of my lower face and neck. At age 61 I felt it was too premature to look and feel this way. I had accumulated dozens of 1-800 numbers from cosmetic infomercials promising to reverse the effects of time. However, intellectually, I knew no lotion or potion would eliminate sagging skin. Results exceeded my expectations. I trusted dr Jacono from the start. This is one of my largest spending lately but well worth it. I look much younger, very happy and husband very happy as well. I recommend this procedure with dr Jacono! Also, as a bonus, very professional and caring staff and office is clean and beautiful.

I'm generally youthful in appearance for my age, except for a "turkey neck" and sagging jowls. I was reluctant to have plastic surgery for fear of scarring. It was important that the problem be fixed without being obvious that I had had a face and neck lift. Happily, Dr. Jacono delivered, and my appearance has improved how I wanted without having it apparent due to scarring or other tell tale signs.

I went to see Dr Jacono based on his reviews, he charges 200.00 consult. He is very nice man very knowledgeable and knows his work. That said he is a doctor for the rich only. He charges more than double what most doctors charge. I went to his 5th Ave office. He showed me pictures and told me what I would need. The pictures he shows are wonderful. Than they put you in another office and a woman gives you the price, I guess Fr Jacono does not like to give price and see women tear up, so he pays someone to do that job....for m... read more
