I highly recomend Dr Jocano. I had a facelift, temporal lift and fractional lazer around my mouth. After only 4 weeks, I had dinner with a friend, and she said, when she is ready, she wants to go him. I look so natural. Since then, I have had comments, that I look glowing, younger, and exactly like me. His staff is amazing. A nurse drove me home because there was a snowstorm and I could not get a car. His follow up appointments are flexiable. I see him 6 am before I go to work. I am so happy with the results.

My nose was big, but Ok. Many people would say forget it, are you crazy. Your nose is perfect, you look amazing. But with age, I don't know, you loose all that baby fat and all I saw was my nose in pictures. I had mixed feeling about plastic surgery, I thought it was something too superficial, but at the end it is so personal. I hated my nose and I realized I was so lucky to be able to change it. I had been wanting to do this procedure for quite some time. After interviewing many doctors in this area I decided to choose Dr. Jacono. I am very pleased with the results and I am still early in my recovery. From what I understand the results get better and better with time. A TRUE ARTIST . At times i think what the outcome of my surgery might have been had i trusted anyone other than Dr Jacono. I did my research well, spoke to and saw his artistry first hand on many of his patients, and upon meeting with and speaking to him, he was it for me . When i see him, i smile. Ive used filters for more yrs. than I'd like to admit . After playing catch up with wrinkles, a game i was losing quickly , and watching my face and neck sag at a depressingly rapid pace it was time to take the surgical leap. We d... read more

For the past few years I've noticed an accelerated ageing of my lower face and neck. At age 61 I felt it was too premature to look and feel this way.
