Terrible. It was beautiful. Honestly, I liked my reflection pre-surgery. I was quite confident. I was only insecure in photographs at certain angles and just wanted to tweak my appearance to be more photogenic. And now I look strange, plastic, scary. I can’t stand my reflection now. I am so excited to be having a Deep Plane Facelift, Temporal Lift, Bullhorn Lip Lift and Neck Lift in a little over a week! I have so much confidence in Dr. Jacono and am looking forward to my surgery! The surgery is scheduled 6/17/2020. I will be documenting my progress here as I recover. I have found real self to be a great resource and want to share my experiences so that I may help others.

This journey started 2 years ago when I knew I wanted to get a facial rejuvenation. I have always gotten my fillers and thread lift etc. injections and stayed on top of them too. Im blessed with great genes I have always looked 10 years younger and with fillers too I always maintained a younger appearance. 1 star is too much to give for this doctor. You should read the other bad reviews they sound frighteningly like my experience I am living with the irreparable mess he has made of my face through. Unfortunately, there is no where to hide my face and I feel uncomfortable every day walking outside. I no longer see my friends because I look like different person. What he has done looks unnatural, not symmetrical and overall sub-par surgery. If you are considering surgery with Jacono, think again. I would not risk it. I expect th... read more
