Great facility. Better than the big chains by a landslide Facility is super clean. I rented a 10x15 unit and was helped by Nicole. She was friendly and knew all about storage- really helped me a lot. They have easy entry, can use an app in your phone to get through the gate. And motion sensors protect your things so people can just go in and out without you knowing. Overall a great storage place and very fair pricing. Competitive to the big chains.
Unreasonable price hikes I was a customer for only a few months when Prime Storage (Indian School Rd. location) increased my unit rate by 36%! For a large unit that was about $124 more. Who hikes up rates that high, and shortly after I signed their agreement and move my things in. Tried talking to management and corporate office with no help or call backs. Great people and cstomer service The on-site people are top notch.
Front Desk staff went out of her way to assist me during super busy time! Storage units were clean with functional doors and no signs of rodent activity! I easily upgraded from 5x10 to a 10x20! This place is very convenient to access from HWY 24 and the girl working the front desk went out of her way to escort me to the unit and make sure it was exactly what I wanted! Great customer service which you seldom see in this type of business! I'm Definitely recommending this place to friends!

Close to the apartment I had a storage with one of the competitions and the place was depressing and no one to help you out. I loved the way I was treated and the building is super clean.
