Good customer service Some issues depending on location, I had to move twice due to facility issues like water leakage. Customer service is good though and they notify you of any issues promptly and reply quickly to emails and phone calls.

Great people I've been parking in my spot for around 5 years now and I'm very happy with it, the only problem that I see is the people who come in and remove the snow in winter months should do a better job of it, I have come in to go to work and found my truck is plowed in..."and now I'm late"... and at 2AM in the morning that's the last thing I want to do is dig out my semi..but that's all I have to complain about everything else is OK...thanks for asking..

Great local, convienant storage. Great service !!! I'm often a few days "late" on my rent, no problem. Best storage in town.
Not sure at this time Pleased with quality and security of the facility and the individual storage space. However, when Prime took ownership from Shetland, they raised the rent by 40%. Yes there were some advance notice but considering the cost and disruption for relocating to another storage facility and incurring that cost, or a 40% increase in rent is in my opinion unfair, especially in the midst of the pandemic. I asked about I plan to gradually increasing the rent over time, but the response was no, take it or leave it.... read more
Just what we needed and easy to use Very easy to use and the space options are just what we needed
Overall, fine The only annoyance was an essentially no notice 50 percent increase when you took over, which has climbed to where my bill, with recent add on, is about a 100 dollars more per month
