Great Place The staff is very professional and friendly. The facility is very clean inside and out. They also provide at no extra cost dollies to help you transport your stuff. I was also impressed with the security measures in place, not only does it require your unique code to enter thus letting them know who's accessing the building, They also provide motion sensors inside your unit that text you if there is motion senses and asks you to verify if it's you. If it isn't they can send an employee to check on your unit.

Nice place. Hours are decent. Service is excellent. I've had 2 units here for 3 years. It's better than the other storage places around Salem. The customer service is always good, and the payment options are all pretty easy. The prices are still somewhat competitive, and rhey offer insurance. I can definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a good one.
Facility is clean, has climate control and an elevator. Perfect location. The staff was very courteous and thorough explaining the process and accommodating our needs.
