Good storage practices. They do exhibit good storage methods and practices.
Great facility great price It's a nice facility, very secure and the prices are excellent. The receptionists are always nice and keep you informed of whatever changes come up.

Needed to move some items to clear up space The person at the office was very enthusiastic, friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy her job. She made us feel very comfortable and welcomed.
Easy Access to Store Your Item Spacious storage selections in a well kept environment. Temperature control of the facility is kept at a reasonable setting for what ever a person may have in storage. Each area seem to be very well lighted for anyone to see the condition of their items stored. The staff is very helpful when it comes to your concerns and very clear on explaining the prices and size of what ever unit a person may be looking for.
Too expensive The storage is too pricey for me. However, the storage company should give customers 24 hour access. Also, customers shouldn't have to mail a letter 2 weeks prior to moving out.
Clean and spacious Beautiful facility, the only issue was I paid for a year in advance and I received an e-mail saying that my rental will be increased 4 months in. Needless to say, customer service was contacted. Customers who take their hard-earned money to pay in advance shouldn't have to worry about an increase, especially before their time.
Great Customer Service Manager very friendly and made the move in process very simple.
