Easy access. Once I moved in the process has been wonderful. I have easy access to my unit and I feel that everything is safe and clean.

Perfect Size Just needed a space very fast to store a couch that I won't have room for for a few months. I was able to book the day before I needed it and the process was so quick and easy. Customer service was great and the space was nice and clean.
Clean, well lit and accessible I store items here mainly because it is climate controlled in addition to good location, cleanliness. The price goes up every year which Iâm unhappy about and 3 times Iâve been unable to access/ unlock the door closest to my unit due to someone leaving the switch in the wrong position. That was aggravating.
Clean, well kept and out of flood plain We have had two units here, a inside climate controlled and a outside storage. The facilities are clean and well maintained and it seems to be out of the flood plain. After three big hurricanes, everything stayed dry. Especially when my outside unit is at the end of the building and next to one of the drainage ditches. My only negative is the price continues to rise, so much so we may have to move out.
Staff is friendly and building is clean Quality facility. Staff is always helpful. I see them cleaning all the time. Very friendly staff.
Good location, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Has video surveillance. Enough roof to maneuver around building with 12â box trailer in tow. My unit has a about 9ft to ceiling.... very helpful.
Pricing While I have no other issues with Prime Storage, the only issue is that tenants should receive emails in advanced of the storage prices being increased. Prices should not be raised due to renovations to the property. The tenants have nothing to do with this decision. While I agree there is always room for improvements to any type of property, the tenants should not have to be included in the companies decision to do so... Just my thoughts!
