Met my needs From the time I joined until now the price has doubled. I feel it is overpriced.
Excellent Staff A very clean and well-managed facility. I made a mess with some bark in the hallway and in the unit when I changed units⦠The staff wouldnât hear of me cleaning it up, and insisted they do it themselves. They are very helpful with paperwork, very personable. Great place! ð
Convenient and secure Facility is clean and convenient. The security is excellent. We are very happy to have a storage unit at Prime Storage in Shallotte!
My only complaint is the price. Great facility but extremely expensive.
Absolutely the best storage facility we have ever used! I've been in the military for a very long time, so storage units were a necessity. And now that I'm retired, I find that they are still indispensable. Having been all over the world and most of the USA, I can say that Prime Storage in Leland, NC is the best I've ever had. Top ranks to the staff and the (high & dry) facility.

Client since 2018 The recent upgrade to the facility is appreciated...the new roll up door works much better than the old door.
Of staff Although I caught COVID19 and worked on the Southside AIRPORT area my car was stolen from that area. I was unable to maintain promise to management as I am literally homeless. They were very kind and thoughtful
Pretty great and convenient The only reason to not give a full 5 stars is the seemingly constant issues with the access app. Otherwise great facility.
