They have always been quite helpful and polite Clean safe facility with courteous office staff.
ok, services are not offered to assist clients with long term rentals. For the price we should be able to put trash in dumpster caused by rodents that have ruined furniture etc.
excellent! Rick is an excellent manager and good at customer service. My only cpmplaint is that the lights should be on all of the time during the day on weekends. It is inconvenient to have to walk down the hall every 15 minutes to activate lights.
Needed space after downsizing Great storage. This space had a couple things going for it: 1. It was 7.5x10, instead of the 5x10 most places offered. 2. The rent, for the 1/3 bigger unit was about 1/3 less, making for a great deal. 3. Everything is clean and well-maintained. 4. Security features seem pretty solid.

Convenient location The email/text reminders need to be consistent. My last months invoice I didnât get the email/text until after the due date and it resulted in a hefty late charge that they would not waive. Poor customer service in that respect. Lorraine in the office is awesome!
