Increased price and added insurance When I first signed up I would have given 5 stars for everything. But after several month they were bought by the current storage company and raised the rate by 68% and added insurance.
Prime Storage Every time I come by to the Facility It is always clean and other tenants respect your space and clean up after themselves. I just wish a couple staff members were friendlier. Once I was in my unit and a member was next to mine cleaning and didnât even acknowledge or Said Hi to me and I felt ackward and pressured to get outta there lol. But I love renting here and would deff recommend to others!!
See below Clean facility. Good climate control, which along with cost to rent long term, is most important. Although less secure, because there are no longer code entry locks on warehouse entrance doors. Overall, a good storage facility.

Great staff, very helpful. Cleanest place ever Affordable Storage is conveniently located. The unit is spectacularly clean and the grounds are spotless. The office staff is always friendly. Ceaser is a great guy. He is extremely helpful and is always courteous. He has gone above and beyond to help me when I've needed to go to the office. Tristen has also been great. Too expensive I really have a problem for being a good loyal customer I get hit with a large increase every year.
Very nice place The attendant was very informative and very friendly and eager to do her job. A rarity today.
Convenience I have found that any questions or concerns I may have are taken care of promptly I do like the fact that the facility is clean and well maintained Cost for the units have not increased that much and are only due to electricity or heating costs rising as a whole as I have climate controlled units I would recommend prime storage as an option for any one looking for a storage unit...
Great except for spontaneous rate increases Rarely go on there. Staff has always been fantastic and always clean and feels safe. Less than one year in and they already raised my rates.. and they go up occasionally not just a small hike annually which would be my only cause to leave.
