Ferguson texted us to inform us that their Technician was on the way to our home. Technician Sam Jones arrived on time and was very courteous and helpful. He took special care not to dirty or damage our patio rug that he needed to set a ladder on in order to inspect the overhead split system vent. Overall we were very happy with his work at our home.
Your technician, Sam Jones, provided exemplary customer service. He explained what he was going to do, took extra care in keeping our home clean as he came in and out, explained what had been done and was courteous and professional during the entire experience.
