County Waste raises there prices without letting there customer base know... but they can't pick our trash up on the scheduled day!

Disguisted with this company!!! If someone would pick up the phone I'd like to tell them the reason I canceled is not due to the late pick ups but the bad attitude of the office personnel. Nothing will probably happen as she seems to be the type thats been there since day one and is extremely comfortable and not worried at all how she treats customers . If I could leave 0 stars I would. County waste or GFL or whatever you call yourself these days is terrible, 1) customer service is anything but , try getting ahold of anyone at this company, I’d be shocked if you aren’t placed on hold for over an hour or your call doesn’t drop 2) lazy workers , not like they used to be, never used to worry about flattened cardboard that didn’t fit inside the can, came home today and it was still waiting for me just moved to the ground behind the cans , they literally had to work to not take ... read more

Horrible! The customer service is non-existent. Half-answered emails, no answered phones. I've been a "customer" for three weeks now and I have spent over 4 hours total holding for help that has never arrived. I've yet to speak to anyone and am canceling service (IF ANYONE WILL HELP ME).

Multiple calls on different days at different times over 3 weeks yielding the same results....LONG LONG hold times 25 plus minutes each time. I have had to try over and over. I'm paying for a service I can't even use. If I could give 0 stars I would. Quality of service has plummeted since I initially signed up with them.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I have been trying reach County Waste, left on hold for over an hour, made my way through the que to be hung up on. They do not pick up garbage on any reliable schedule and leave you way to contact them. I wouldn't recommend this company anyone. Canceling this service immediately.

1. Very difficult to contact. 2. Frequent pickup failures. 3. Customer service is polite and helpful, if able to be contacted. ( I regret that I can not recommend this company.)

This company does as it see fit to do they would not pick your garbage up for days knowing you have bears in your community. And you would have to keep waking up logging garbage back and forth the drivers not Professional and the office staff also not professional lying show the customer it’s not right and I’m tired of just company

Absolute worst service. Once did not come for four weeks. Call customer service and wait on hold for over one hour. There are always “unforeseen circumstances “ that prevent garbage pick up on scheduled day.
