Haven't had pick up for 2 weeks now in Bethlehem and have waited on phone for almost an hour to get answers. Just left me hanging. Up until now, I thought service was good but now no communication. Highly disappointed in service have not picked me up now pretty much going on 3 weeks told me they were picking up last Saturday due to the snow never showed and still have not showed up today they are usually here first thing in the morning

I loved county waste for first 2 years I had originally gave them a 5 star review I’ve now removed. They WERE reliable and if there was a holiday or weather delay I received an automated call so I knew not to put the trash out since I live in East Stroudsburg PA in basically wild animal country. BUT over last year and a 1/2 they stopped the automatic calls they randomly pick up trash not on our normal Wednesday pick up. I honestly wish I could leave zero stars. I have been a customer for over 2yrs and things were always fine. The week before Xmas I watched as the truck came down our alley and picked everyone’s trash up but mine. Not sure why, so I called and they assured me I could leave out an extra bag the following week and they’d pick it up. 6 WEEKS LATER and trash STILL has not been picked up. For 6 weeks my trash was not picked up. I called weekly, only to wait on hold for 1hr before someone could tell me “it will be picked up next week and you can put out extra bags”. I even used the live chat feature, only to be told the driver couldn’t drive down our alley. The same alley they have been driving down for two years and the same alley that other trash haulers drive down every day. They drove by this morning at 530AM day after Christmas! Also did that Thanksgiving week! Literally can hear their hopper popper from a mile away! You can hear it hop! pop! even when he's just barreling down the street! Because of that nasty automated hopper popper they can only collect one side of street at a time! They swing around and 20 minutes later they're at it again on the other side. This morning some dopes forgot their trash ran after the truck and he backed up (illegal) and went back creating more noise at 530 AM!
