Avoid. This company is unreliable. They miss my house at least once a month. Living in a rural area, this creates major issues as animals get into the trash if it left out to long. I highly recommend finding a smaller local company that has more accountability to the commuinty.

Horrible is the only way to describe. My garbage collection day was changed arbitrarily, when i called to ask why they could not give me a reason. I was told to leave the trash can at the curb and was guaranteed it would be picked up. However, after letting my trash sit there for 3 days I finally gave up waiting. They NEVER showed up to collect my trash like they assured me they would. DON'T GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY CLEARLY DON'T KEEP THEIR WORD, AND ARE UNRELIABLE. SIMPLY PUT THEY DON'T CARE!! Not happy with County Waste overall. Signed on for what sounded like a great deal. A year into service, they upped their rates and went from twice weekly pick up to once a week. They often skip picking up trash on designated days, and it is futile to complain. I literally got laughed at last time I called about a missed pickup. Their customer service is hard to connect with and once you do, they are very dismissive. I also learned that they are not recycling at this point...that everything goes in the landfill. When our local guy was bought out by County Waste around 2016, we were transferred to County Waste. At first decent service. Now it is terrible. Since 2019 there is a truck break down that prevents them from picking up the garbage at least once a month. Leave it out the customer rep says. Well with the bears, raccoons, and cayotes, I can't leave the barrel out overnight. There is NO customer service, just excuses. County Waste has gotten too big, but not too big to fail. 1 star just to be able to tell the story. Business account taken over four years ago from a local supplier they bought. Prices have increased from $121 per month to $439 per month during that time. Service has never been good- need to cordon off an extra parking space for them to get in, they leave the empty dumpsters in the street, calling for additional pick-up is useless. My family and I Just moved to East stroudsburg we had this company add our home to their route for garbage pick up and ordered ONE garbage pail 2 weeks later and nothing we were promised a pail by a certain date and until then leave bags out and they will be picked up! Well the garbage truck just rolls right by our garbage! This is quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. If you are looking to pay a company large sums of money to get abused and ignored these are the folks. I've been a customers of theirs for years, and today is the last day. Never again.

No longer offer the 96 gal as a 2nd can only the 65 This company really has changed over the years I've been a customer since 2004 when they actually picked up your can and a couple of other bags you may have. Then they went to just collecting the one can My neighbor has 2 96 gal cans but I'm being told that they no longer offer the larger cans as a 2nd unit --- reason? just don't Where has customer service gone?
