Do not book this garbage Co. Very bad unreliable service.
It is impossible to get in touch with them. I paid for a bulk pickup in December and they never came. Finally in April I called a private hauler to pick up the mess. I’ve tried calling, emailing repeatedly. After more than a month I got an email response but no action on their part. Stay away from this company.
NON-existent customer service. County Waste continued to bill me yet did not pick up my trash. Their customer service lines made it impossible to get through to them. Phones- after 4 attempts at 30+ minutes on hold, I was disconnected each time- that was when the auto attendant didn't just loop back on itself to "Option 2". Has been declining for awhile, but this year has been horrendous. Missed pick ups over 6 times in the last few months. First was a staffing issue, then said they don't know why they missed, then it was a staffing issue, then it was weather, and then again they don't know why they missed us. Family and friends just a few roads away to a few miles away never get missed, but a few roads here are missed constantly and with no accountability. Dumpster hasn’t been emptied in a MONTH. Live chat, phone, messenger and email are all ignored. It’s ridiculous. But they charge you even though they didn’t touch it.
The pickup Has been terrible for the last 5 to 6 weeks they don't pick up everything either You pick up the garbage one week The next Week you pickup the recycling but either way my garbage cans sitting out there waiting wondering if anybody's coming to pick it up I live in a development that they will afterwhile give you a fine if you got your cans sitting out too long your costing me money and then you have the nerve to ask me for the check I never had a problem with paying you long as I get the service my garbage garb... read more
The worst co I ever work with. I have two properties with this co, one of my property have never picked up for 4 weeks. When you call it takes 45 to 85 min before you talk to some one. Then they BS you, every time they come up with different story why it is not picked up. I left a voice mail to one of the manager for help, never got a call. I don't need this kind of headache. YOU ARE FIRED!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS GUYS TO ANY ONE.
