Robert, the service advisor, was friendly and knowledgeable. He was attentive to my service requests and promptly did a preliminary inspection of my car. He then directed me to the waiting area which was clean and comfortable. The time to service my car was reasonable. When it was ready to go, Robert explained what had been done. Overall, this was al very good experience.
