Completely shady. You called me and asked way too many questions to verify. I do not trust you at all.

It is a pressure sale. They say that you must decide while still on the phone or you will loose the chance. They will also tell you that you can cancel at any time, but unless you ask, they will not tell you about the cancellation fee. Our cancellation fee is about half of the monthly payment. Maybe that is a coincidence and the fee is the same for everyone.

Received a call from coverage X, spoke to *********. Hes very aggressive, pushy, hostile and made me very uncomfortable. Once he went over policy options he jumped straight to asking for my card info without even taking a breath. I dismissed his attempt with questions I had and he was very annoyed I had questions to which after answering very abruptly, asked again for my card info. I STILL had questions. So far, 2 red flags. Spoke to 3 different people on the phone, trying to cancel my order! Sent an Email, have not received an acknowledgment yet. I hope they reply soon. I hate to get my Credit Card involved in this transaction. This is the first time I have ever had a problem like this..

My experience with this company was awful. I was retaliated against it was a hostile work environment and it was made impossible for me to my work. The manager told me that I was conspiring with the previous manager to take over her job and I was a mole. I reminded her of her mother as she accused me of playing the victim. I was also told that I will grow into a miserable old lady with nothing but my cats. Coverage is still take money out my account after i no longer want to insure with them and then charging 75$ to cancel i will pay yall for yall to leave me alone

put me with a sales *** by the name of *****, who explained the whole process told me that there was a $200 deductible when any time my car was in the dealership for ***airs and that my fee would be $100 a month and so I said please send me a copy of the contract so I can read it over and call me tomorrow 4 PM so I can sign up if I agree to everything thats in the contract so after he calls me the next day at 4 PM, I gave him my information however, in their contract, they have $100 deductible which he charged me $200 and th... read more

I just received a telephone call from an individual attempting to sell me coverage from CoverageX. The call originated from another individual and was then passed to this person. The salesman was extremely pushy but informed me of the coverage I could obtain. He just kept pushing for my credit card number. I literally had to tell him over 6 times that I would not be providing that today. Each time he became more angry until he hung up on me during the call. Very pushey trying to get a sale I was at work and they wouldn't take that for an answer Kept saying this shouldn't take to long and now I'm paying 98 dollars a month for something I dont if I want right now.Trying to get my debt paid up rigjt now Then kept saying a different rate to convince me to to sign up.
