I’m very happy that I called and spoke with a representative, (Korinne), who walked me through solving sleep therapy equipment that I didn’t know about to potentially make my treatment better. She was utterly fantastic. Good, reliable, comfortable equipment is vital to me and being updated by her on the technology actually thrills me.

Equipment sent to wrong address. Called and got it resolved. She was caring, compassionate and efficient. She told me her name but forgot it. I have been using Cpap.com I have never had a bad experience. When I meet people who are using or about to start using CPAP I direct them to y’all’s site. If you look at *****order you can see who I talked to. Great experience. FYI I am usually hard to please
