I just purchased my second cpap machine as my first one is 9 years old and starting to act funny. Resmed outlasted its lifespan! Brandy helped me find the right machine with my VIP discount. Called a CPAP Store representative - Brandy - about a problem setting up my new APAP machine, and she was able to quickly set me straight on how to change settings, and activate settings that are locked out by default. I was only on the phone for about 10-12 minutes. Excellent service.
Always great service with this company. Spoke with Brandy today and she was able to resolve an issue with needing a different size mask quickly and efficiently. A great place to shop for CPAP supplies.
The customer service I received today from Brandy was superb. I had forgotten to enter a discount code when I purchased a new CPAP machine earlier in the day. It turned out that that code was not applicable, but Brandy found another one that was and applied it. Brandy was both helpful and pleasant to deal with.
