This online food ordering app sucks so bad that if I could have rated it at less than one star I would. This is a real shame because the food is very good one of my feet favorite places to eat at

On three different occasions I've tried to use this website spent at least 1 hour each time finally went to McDonald's and unloaded your app it's terrible
The food or the way it is prepared is different everything is always dry over cooked and cold esp anything bread, pancakes tasted like onions.

I couldn't order food through my browser so I downloaded the app. Cannot order food thru the app either! When I try to add items to cart it says, "Uh Oh, item is no longer available". It does this online and on the app.
Won't install on Pixel 3xl. Even fresh off of a wipe. And the lack of response shows a lack of customer focused
Downloaded the app so that I could pay my bill. Was sitting at the table, and the app showed that I was at cracker barrel, but when I clicked Pay Bill, it would pop up a notification that I could only pay at the store. Worthless. I then proceeded to stand in line at the register behind a lady who questioned every price for the 10 nick-naks that she had for 15 minutes until I finally checked out. Won't go to cracker barrel again
