I couldn't order at all! So pissed! Husband was already driving there and I couldn't get it ordered! I had to call and order over phone! What's the use of the app?
Awful. Somehow its slower and buggier than mcdonalds and it refuses paypal. I kept getting errors that you dont offer dumplins? Got past that put in my card info and it tells me i cant have the time requested forcing me to reinput ALL of my info then has the gall to ask for a tip. A human waiter could do a better job. If the app auto dialed the nearest cracker barrel it would be 100% better!
Horrible!! Completely useless since recent update. Since the curbside service is only available by ordering and paying online, we have found other restaurants to patronize. Too bad...get it together Cracker Barrel.
Trash someday it will let me pull up the menu someday it won't load the checkout. It was better prior to the update
This app is the biggest pain in the ass. What's the point of a login if it doesn't retain your info so you don't have to put your name, address, number, email, and card info every single damn time. Useless
Totally unusable. I installed it to pay the bill put no matter what I tried I kept getting a pop up telling me it couldn't find the store I was sitting in. Immediately uninstalled it.
App is awkward and cumbersome. Usually takes about 20 minutes to place an order due to error messages, food items not available, app freezing, order not going thru,, u name it.
App kept crashing
So. App worked great. Simple to use ...so you changed it? Don't r eally get the logic. Wasnt notified that I had to reregister and really frustrated...updating now when you order the app goes blank and kicks you back to login...dont waste your time juat call the restaurant
