This is one of the most frustrating apps I've used. Most online menu apps are straightforward. If you have the option, just call the store and tell them you don't have internet access. This app is garbage.
Cant finish my order. Keeps giving me an error message
The October 2020 update needs some work. For some reason credit card information is not saved which makes it inconvenient to have to enter every time, also I have asked previously to have a special instructions section added on the app as I have to call in orders when I want for example gravy on the side I eat here almost every day me and my wife please make these adjustments.
Hate the update.
Their app is terrible and their online ordering system is worse. Did they hire their programmers from Fiverr??
I've tried using this app several times only to get completely through my order, name, address and payment info and then get an error. When I call my CB location to order over the phone, I'm told that many customers report having trouble ordering through the app. I've even tried deleting and re-downloading the app. Come on CB, fix your app.
Impossible to order. Clears out your checkout of your orders before you can pay.
This new update does not work period.
I waisted 20 min trying to place a to go order. It would not allow me to pay...then I said the heck with it, and tried to check in with the app....it said 10 min. But i actually was not even on the list. Then I gave up.
