Keeps changing and can't sign in
The new update is horrible. Keeps giving me Kansas restaurant i am in NC! CAN'T sign in. Nothing works!
I have tried numerous times to get on the wait list and place to go orders and the app doesn't work.
This update utterly killed the app... I've used the previous version for months and ordered lunch in a few seconds each time. The new version is entirely unusable and much more cumbersome to use. If you ordered a meal the previous version would ask you if you wanted a drink, but now you have to scroll to the bottom of the long menu to try to add a drink. It is horrible... either roll back to the previous version or you are losing a customer. I'm not dealing with this app every time I want lunch.
Downloaded to pay for my meal. App crashes right as you hit "pay for my order" - and you have to reenter your receipt number and card info. Happened 3 times before I went to pay at the counter.
Downloaded the app to pay for my meal, get through to pay and it flashes the rocking chair 3 times and then closes. Payment does not go through, forcing you to try again and it repeats itself.
New version is junk. I travel for work and used the previous version quite often. Since the last update I have given up and uninstalled from my phone. No more store info when you select a store. You either can order online or get on the wait list. So, when I couldn't get the phone number for a local store to my location, because the pay portion of the app didn't work, I gave up and went somewhere where else.
This new/updated "app" (sic) is beyond absolute garbage. It is by far the most worthless God-awful attempt to act like an app. It does not keep your CC info for subsequent orders; it is beyond the most gut-wrenchingly awful app in the history of the universe. Trash it, flame it. Too bad, cuz I used to order several times a week. See ya, CB!
Only the first person at the table with a split check can pay on the app... Hopefully they can make so everyone at the table can pay via the app.
