Lots of tender chicken chunks and veggies.
We ordered two different meals, specifically the Chicken Fried Chicken and the Hand-Breaded Fried Chicken Tenders. Both were delicious and cooked just as well as they would be when dining in the restaurant. Surprisingly the steak fries and chicken were still crispy! It was delicious, warm, and we would recommend either. Our sides were steak fries, Mac and cheese, broccoli, Mashed Potatoes with Brown Gravy, and fried apples. This was a lovely treat and pickup was super easy.
Our dinners tonight we're very good! First time trying the tips, tenders, and shrimp. Highly recommend getting the grilled, rather than the breaded, chicken tenders. They were deliciously marinated and so tender and moist. Everything in that meal was very good. The chicken pot pie, for me, was only ok. Very doughy and not much chicken or body, and too salty for my taste. But everything else; carrots and broccoli very good. Pot pie was very salty.
Overall disappointing. The chicken fried steak only had about 1 tablespoon of gravy on top. They used to be way more generous. The dessert, which they forgot and we went back to inside to show the receipt and get it, was their version of peach cobbler. A very small styrofoam cup with approx a tablespoon of peaches and a few pieces of crisp dough on top. Very disappointing. Again, they cut back on portion. We probably will not return. Their food portions have been reduced, but their prices increased.
